Ready-to-Wear Clothing

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Non-Refudndable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:
Custom-made orders or items that have been altered.
Undergarments.

Item Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached.

International Shipping
No refunds or exchanges are accepted for items shipped outside Kuwait.
